Product Details

We dry and then powder our log-grown shiitake so you can add them to just about anything. Give dishes an extra depth of umami mushroom flavor by adding to pasta sauces, meatloaf, soups and stews, risotto or other rice dishes.

This product is certified organic by MOSA

Our prices include a small credit card processing fee. If you live near the Twin Cities you can always stop by our booth at Mill City Farmers Market to purchase items in cash and avoid the fees.
