Product Details

We combine a few of our most beloved mushrooms for this fresh mushroom basket - generally lion's mane, an oyster like black pearl, and either black poplar, shiitake, or chestnut. Use separately or sauté together to cover grilled polenta (with plenty of parmesan!), fill a savory crepe, or risotto.

These mushrooms were grown indoors on blocks.

Our prices include a small credit card processing fee. If you live near the Twin Cities you can always stop by our booth at Mill City Farmers Market to purchase items in cash and avoid the fees.
