Product Details

Chestnuts have a firm texture and a rich, nutty, mildly sweet flavor. They get a nice crunchiness when sautéed. Sauté, then add to pasta, cream soup, or mushroom bruschetta.

You can eat both the caps and the stems of Chestnut Mushrooms. These mushrooms were grown indoors on blocks.

Our prices include a small credit card processing fee. If you live near the Twin Cities you can always stop by our booth at Mill City Farmers Market to purchase items in cash and avoid the fees.
