Product Details

Black poplar are firm with a peppery, nutty flavor. They are a delicious addition to cream soup, coconut curry, stir-fry, or risotto.

You can eat both the caps and the stems of Black Poplar Mushrooms. These mushrooms were grown indoors on blocks.

Our prices include a small credit card processing fee. If you live near the Twin Cities you can always stop by our booth at Mill City Farmers Market to purchase items in cash and avoid the fees.
