Product Details

Black pearl mushrooms have the same slightly sweet and woodsy flavor of other oysters, but are meatier. Given that, these are great in risotto or with pasta, or even for grilling.

You can eat both the caps and the stems of Black Pearl Mushrooms. These mushrooms were grown indoors on blocks.

Our prices include a small credit card processing fee. If you live near the Twin Cities you can always stop by our booth at Mill City Farmers Market to purchase items in cash and avoid the fees.
