Our Stock up boxes contains 6 bags of dried mushrooms - each of which are 3/4 oz.

Dried mushrooms have many of the same qualities of fresh, but you can use them when you want them. Cover the mushrooms with water until soft – at least thirty minutes before using them – and don’t discard the liquid! You can use the soaking broth in your recipe. If you remove the stems, you can save those too and add them to stock.

A bag of dried mushrooms should plump up to about six ounces of rich and flavorful mushrooms - for use in dishes like cream soup, quiche, risotto, or savory crepe.

All our mushrooms are grown on our farm in Western Wisconsin. These mushrooms were grown on logs outdoors.
