Dried Mushrooms - Log Grown Blend - Stock up!

Our Stock up boxes contains 6 bags of dried mushrooms - each of which are 3/4 oz.

Our dried mushroom blend contains shiitake, oyster, and butterscotch (nameko) mushrooms. Dried mushrooms have the same qualities of fresh, but you can keep them in your cupboard and use them when you want them.

Cover the mushrooms with water until soft – at least thirty minutes before using them – and don’t discard the liquid! You can add the mushroom soaking liquid to your dish. A bag of dried mushrooms should plump up to about six ounces of rich and flavorful mushrooms - for use in dishes like cream soup, quiche, risotto, or savory crepe.
