Duration: mid June through mid October. We have year-round work, but there may be up to a few months of part-time work during the winter.
Compensation: hourly work – generally at a rate of $10 to $12 per hour (but up to $14) depending on ability and experience. Workers are started at $10, but most receive a raise to $11 or $12 at the second pay period. Housing is available free of charge in our bunkhouse; there is a shared bathroom and kitchen nearby. All farmhands have use of kitchen equipment and a few food staples like oil and mushrooms.
Work Location: We have a beautiful 38 acre farm at 827 15th St., Clayton, WI 54004, about an hour and a half from the Twin Cities.

He or she should be able to work hard with reasonable speed and attention to detail, and should be able to lift 75 lbs. He or she should work well in a small team that will include other employees, interns, and farm founders.
