I was hoping to make it our to the workshop and tour this weekend, but unfortunately it isn’t going to work out. I was hoping to find out if there was a way to buy some of your shiitake logs directly. I was very excited to find a local source here in Minnesota. Let me know, thanks.

You can purchase shiitake log kits at EggPlant Farm supply in St. Paul, Mother Earth Gardens in Minneapolis, or at the Mill City Farmers Market. If you’d still like to attend a class, check our events tab, which should show a class coming up at EggPlant. Thanks for your interest!
